Why would someone hack into a website and steal million credit cards and later leaks the credit card numbers without even using them? What was the intention, what was the goal? The Saudi hacker made his political point by doing what is known as biggest credit card hack in the history of hacking. We got a chance to talk with this 19-year-old Saudi hacker on skype. He calls himself ”0xOmar”.
For past few days oxOmar has been really a headache for Israelis, Last week on January 3rd, oxOmar hacked into one of the biggest sports website of Israel and leaked a link to a file containing over 400,000 Israeli credit card numbers. He left an open message for Israelis, he dared them a challenge and said “It will be so fun to see 400,000 Israelis stand in line outside offices and banks of credit card companies to complain that their cards had been stolen”
While the credit card companies didn’t agreed with oxOmar’s claim, they said that leak was fake and phony and only 15,000 credit cards numbers were leaked out of which hundreds were maybe working. When oxOmar heard this statement from the company, he couldn’t let it go and decided to show no mercy this time. He hacked into the site again and leaked another list of 11,000 working credit card numbers. He says that he has got million of working Israeli credit card numbers and he may leak them all, if the company didn’t accepted the truth.
OxOmar is a normal teenager but he really hates Israel and I mean really really hates Israel.
